The hotel restaurant l'acropole is located in the center of Corsica, in the middle of a wild valley bordered by canyons, a clear river, a forest classified as a regional park near Monte Cinto (13 km from the highest mountain in Corsica)

Nevertheless, many activities are possible: fishing, swimming in fresh water, hiking (easy or difficult), via ferrata, canyoning, studying fauna and flora, mushrooms in season and, for the most beautiful activity in my opinion, tasting good homemade dishes in our restaurant followed by relaxing by our swimming pool.

WHY THIS CHOICE

I'm taking you to a magnificent place, the Asco gorges, located north of Corté, nestled in a more or less narrow and deep valley, bordered by the highest mountain range in Corsica culminating at more than 2500 meters, not without having first made a small gourmet stop in relaxation mode at the Auberge Acropole Asco

If the restaurant's cuisine does not aim to be gastronomic, it has the merit of being essential, traditional, homemade, prepared with fresh products from the vegetable garden and the grandfather's chicken farm, plus good value for money. It takes on relief above all thanks to the extremely warm welcome from the owners Jean Louis and Nathalie in a spirit of 100% Corsican hospitality, and thanks to the grandiose setting and the serenity that surrounds it. It is really very pleasant to sit on the panoramic terrace of the restaurant far from the flood of tourists who flood the Restonica gorges located a little further south. This moment takes on even more height when you can share it in a pleasant way, the accommodation on site at the hotel with swimming pool
